Administrators should take advantage of blogging. This new type of communication allows a dialog between educators that might be dealing with similar issues in their schools. Regardless if they know one another on a personal level, blog sites allow educators to share ideas, brainstorm new ideas, or most importantly, support one another in tackling one of the most difficult jobs ... educating students.
